By using SiteWatch (the "Service"), including the Chrome extension and website at getsitewatch.dev, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SiteWatch is an uptime monitoring tool consisting of a Chrome browser extension and a cloud monitoring server hosted at api.getsitewatch.dev. The Service monitors the availability and response time of websites you specify. SiteWatch is provided by ZeroDeps ("we", "us", "our").
SiteWatch is proprietary software owned by ZeroDeps. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted by these Terms. These Terms of Service govern your use of the hosted website, subscription service, and Chrome Web Store distribution.
SiteWatch offers two usage tiers:
Both tiers require a license key obtained through Lemon Squeezy. Pricing and features may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. By subscribing to Pro, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period, after which your account reverts to the free tier.
If you are unsatisfied with SiteWatch Pro, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refund requests after 14 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy.
We host the monitoring server on our infrastructure. We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but do not guarantee uptime. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior (e.g., excessive API calls, monitoring sites without authorization). Your monitoring data is isolated from other users and stored in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany).

The SiteWatch name, logo, website design, source code, Chrome Web Store listing content, documentation, and marketing materials are the property of ZeroDeps and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
SiteWatch is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that monitoring checks will detect all outages. SiteWatch is not a substitute for professional infrastructure monitoring in mission-critical environments.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZeroDeps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email (for Pro subscribers). Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the Hellenic Republic (Greece), without regard to conflict of law provisions.
