By using SiteWatch (the "Service"), including the Chrome extension, self-hosted server software, and website at getsitewatch.dev, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SiteWatch is an open-source uptime monitoring tool consisting of a Chrome browser extension and a self-hosted server component. The Service monitors the availability and response time of websites you specify. SiteWatch is provided by ZeroDeps ("we", "us", "our").
The SiteWatch source code is released under the MIT License. You are free to use, modify, and distribute the code in accordance with that license. These Terms of Service govern your use of the hosted website, Pro subscription service, and Chrome Web Store distribution — not the underlying open-source code itself.
SiteWatch offers a free tier with limited features (3 sites, 5-minute check intervals, 24-hour history) and a Pro tier ($5/month) with expanded features (50 sites, 1-minute check intervals, 30-day history). The free tier is provided indefinitely at no cost. Pro tier pricing and features may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. By subscribing to Pro, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period, after which your account reverts to the free tier.
If you are unsatisfied with SiteWatch Pro, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refund requests after 14 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy.
The SiteWatch server runs on infrastructure you provide and manage. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of your self-hosted server. You are responsible for securing your server, keeping the software updated, and managing your own data backups.
You agree not to:
The SiteWatch name, logo, and website design are the property of ZeroDeps. The source code is licensed under MIT. Chrome Web Store listing content, documentation, and marketing materials are copyrighted by ZeroDeps.
SiteWatch is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that monitoring checks will detect all outages. SiteWatch is not a substitute for professional infrastructure monitoring in mission-critical environments.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZeroDeps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email (for Pro subscribers). Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the Hellenic Republic (Greece), without regard to conflict of law provisions.
